These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Okanagan Outdoor Lighting website and the services we provide. By submitting an inquiry, booking a measure, or engaging our installation services, you agree to these Terms.
Okanagan Outdoor Lighting provides residential and commercial outdoor and landscape lighting design, supply, and installation services in the South Okanagan region of British Columbia, Canada. Services include but are not limited to:
We offer a free property measure and consultation at no cost and with no obligation to purchase. After a site visit, we provide a written itemized quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to revise quotes if site conditions change materially or if significant time elapses.
Confirmed installations may require a deposit as outlined in your written quote. Deposits are generally non-refundable if the client cancels within 7 days of the scheduled installation date, except where we are unable to perform the work due to our own scheduling conflict.

We stand behind our work. We offer a one-year workmanship warranty on all installations. This covers defects in our installation work. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and components are separate and will be provided with your project documentation.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, extreme weather events, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Okanagan Outdoor Lighting's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
