We visit your property together — usually around dusk — and talk through what you're hoping for. This is a genuine design conversation, not a sales call. We look at your existing landscape, sight lines, architectural features, and talk about how you use the space. The walkthrough is complimentary and comes with no obligation to proceed.
After the site visit, we put together a zone-by-zone lighting design for your property — fixture selections, control system recommendation, and phasing options if you'd prefer to build the system over time. We typically present two or three options at different scope and price points so you can choose what fits your goals and budget.
You receive a detailed, itemized quote — exactly what you're getting, exactly what it costs, no hidden fees. If anything changes scope during installation, we contact you before proceeding. The balance is due on completion, after you've walked the property with the lights on and are satisfied with the result.
Our crew arrives with everything they need, protects your landscaping, runs wires cleanly, and cleans up completely. We finish every installation after dark — walking the property with you, adjusting any fixtures, and making sure the system performs exactly as designed before we leave.
All work is backed by a 12-month installation warranty and manufacturer warranties on fixtures (typically 5–10 years on the LEDs we use). We offer optional annual maintenance plans for larger systems, and we're always available if you want to adjust schedules, zones, or scenes.
